WHAT IS PIQUETTE?
The Piquette method offers a unique, high quality way to produce lower alcohol wines, sustainably crafted by upcycling pressed grape skins to produce a crisper & more refreshing liquid. Our Piquettes are 8% ABV.

Our goal is simple: to make great wines that have a positive impact on the planet.
We aim to adapt a sustainable approach to all our processes, and that means minimising waste wherever we can. By using the Piquette method, we put the upcycled grape skins to use, creating a delicious fruity wine from what otherwise would have gone to waste!
In addition to that, all our wine is sourced from sustainably accredited vineyards, and we offset double the amount of carbon we use in the production process.
